This Vinyasa class is all about activating the core and beginning to develop the strength needed for some of the more challenging yoga asanas in the practice. We will move with strength in mind, challenging ourselves through a warm and sweaty practice meant to build muscle and most importantly awareness of our body and how we are using it. This class is perfect for those who want to work toward poses like plank, inversions, or even arm balances but lack the strength to currently find these postures safely or effectively. This class will also build muscles used for better posture and even stability.
Yoga mat & blocks are recommended.
