Hi all, my name is Erin and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. I fell in love with health and fitness way back when I was in high school, when I realized the enormous rewards of treating your body right through exercising, eating nourishing foods and resting well. I used running and weight lifting as a way to cope with my stress and soon found out that many other benefits came alongside this routine, like increased confidence and positivity, more energy, better sleep and overall a better and healthier lifestyle. Since these events occurred, I decided I wanted to learn as much as I could about fitness and health so that I could use my passions to help others who need a little push or support in their fitness journey. In 2017, I received my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and have since then been making it my goal to share my knowledge, compassion and encouragement to those seeking my help. I make my workouts fun and educational, as each workout is upbeat and informational about which muscles are being worked and how to perform each exercise with perfect form. My intent is to teach my clients how to exercise properly and in a way that they will enjoy so that with or without, they will adopt a healthy lifestyle change of exercising routinely. I do not train to help people reach "quick fixes," but to help them create lifelong behaviors that positively effect them each and every day.

Decription: Full body workouts targeting different muscle groups each day, working on strength and cardiovascular fitness. Each workout uses high intensity intervals to constantly keep your heart rate up and to efficiently burn as many calories.

Who can join? Anyone can join this class. Whether you have equipment or no equipment, you’re a fitness junkie or you are a newbie to exercise – this class is well-suited and adaptable for all fitness levels and circumstances.

What is needed?Any fitness equipment (if students have no equipment – gallons of milk/water, bags filled with books, cans of soup, etc. can be used as weights), yoga mat, water, towel
