Decription: Full body workouts targeting different muscle groups each day, working on strength and cardiovascular fitness. Each workout uses high intensity intervals to constantly keep your heart rate up and to efficiently burn as many calories.
Who can join? Anyone can join this class. Whether you have equipment or no equipment, you’re a fitness junkie or you are a newbie to exercise – this class is well-suited and adaptable for all fitness levels and circumstances.
What is needed?Any fitness equipment (if students have no equipment – gallons of milk/water, bags filled with books, cans of soup, etc. can be used as weights), yoga mat, water, towel
